【4/23(金)16:00~】「柏ゆる研」を開催します

新入生歓迎！
ボードゲームをしながらちょっとした相談をしてみませんか？
＊Zoomの仕組みの変更により、参加者の皆さんはフォーム内のURLからではなく、個人宛のメールに記載しているURLから参加してください。
新年度が始まり、新入生は新しい環境となり、戸惑うことも多いかと思いますが、昨年度から続く新型コロナの影響で、せっかく新しいキャンパスに来ても、他の学生との交流は少なく、ちょっとした相談をする相手がなかなかいないという人は多いのではないでしょうか？
今回の柏ゆる研は、『新入生相談会』と題して開催します。今回はオンラインでボードゲームをしながら、新入生がちょっとした相談事をしたり、新しい交流を図るイベントです。新入生の皆さんは是非参加してみてはいかがでしょう？
特に留学生の皆さんは、全く新しい環境と特殊な状況に疲弊していることでしょう。柏ゆる研では、留学生との交流も目指していますので、ご参加いただけると大変嬉しいです。
本イベントで使用する予定のサービスは、”Board Game Arena” (https://ja.boardgamearena.com/)です。詳細はイベント冒頭に説明いたします。
留学生と交流してみたい人や日本人と交流したい留学生、会話を聞いていたい人、知り合いを作りたい人は是非参加してみてください。
また、チャットだけ、話を聞くだけという人も大歓迎です！
作業をしながらBGMをかけるような感覚でいいですし、何も話さなくても大丈夫な空間です。

【4/23(Friday)16:00~】We will be holding “Kashiwa Yuru-Ken”
Inviting all new students!
Would you like to join us for some board games while seeking answers for your burning questions about student life?
*Due to the change in the Zoom participation system, please join from the URL that is sent to your email address, rather than the URL given in the form.
The new year has begun, and we’re guessing that new students are trying hard to adjust to the environment, on top of the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic. Are you concerned that you’re not getting enough social interactions with the other students, or opportunities to talk about various things?
The upcoming “Kashiwa Yuru-ken” will be held under the title of “New student consultation meetup”. This time, we will be playing board games online, while the new students can ask any questions or concerns, at the same time making new friends. We hope that new students can take this opportunity to join us and have fun!
We are especially concerned for the international students, who might be quite overwhelmed by the vast change in the environment as well as this circumstances that we are all in. “Kashiwa Yuru-ken” also focuses on interacting with international students, so we would be really glad if you could join us.
The service we are planning to utilize during this event is “”Board Game Arena” – (https://ja.boardgamearena.com/). we will be explaining the details at the beginning of the event.
you should join us if:
you want to interact with Japanese students
you want to interact with other international students
you want to listen into conversations
you want to make friends
you are also welcome to join us through chat only, or just listening!
it is completely fine to just listen to us like a BGM, and it is also fine to not speak up.
