◆ぴあサポゆるっと ART WORKSHOPとは◆
東大生がさまざまな形のアートやアクティビティに参加して息抜きすることができるワークショップです。参加者が新しい自分を見つけたり、人とつながったりするきっかけとなることを目指しています。今回が初の開催となりますが、秋以降に第2弾、第3弾の開催も予定しています。
8月実施の第1弾のテーマは「ぴあサポ縁日」。屋内・屋外ともに、夏祭りらしいコンテンツをたくさん用意してお待ちしておりますので、ぜひお越しください！

◆コンテンツ(予定)◆
Art Workshop（屋内）：お面づくり、提灯づくり、団扇づくり（1名あたり1コマ1コンテンツの参加が可能）
縁日（屋外）: ストラックアウト、ヨーヨー釣り、サイレント盆踊り
※コンテンツは変更となる場合があります。
※屋内イベントと屋外イベント合わせてのご参加も可能です。

場所：本郷キャンパス Go Globalセンター 学生交流広場（屋内）
総合図書館前 噴水広場（屋外）
対象：東大生（聴講生、科目等履修生の方は除く）

◆注意事項◆
・申込みは先着順です。屋内イベントは各回定員20名、屋外イベントは定員50名となっておりますので、参加希望の方はお早めにお申込みください。
・途中参加、入退出自由です。
・個人が特定されないような形で参加時の様子の一部を活動報告などに使用する場合がありますのでご了承ください。
・当日写真・動画の撮影を行います。後日、ピアサポートルームの活動報告やイベント広報などに使用させていただきます。ご協力よろしくお願いします。（撮影されたくないという方は事前にお申し付けください。）
・会場での飲食はできませんのでご注意ください。（蓋付ボトル飲料は可）
・感染者が発生した場合の濃厚接触の可能性のある人への連絡のため、参加者は会場にて氏名、学籍番号、所属、連絡先を参加当日に専用フォームでご回答ください。
・手指消毒とマスク常時着用をお願いします。
・検温をお願いします（37.0度以上は参加不可）
・発熱、有症状時は参加をお控えください。

【Notice for PIASAPOYURUTTO ART WORKSHOP coming soon on Aug 1st & 2nd】
◆Something about PIASAPOYURUTTO ART WORKSHOP◆
This workshop is all about offering a perfect place to relax through various forms of art and activities. We are aiming to connect all attendees via exploring yourself in a fresh way. The second and third-time events are on schedule, as here comes the first!
Theme for the first event together in Aug is 「PIASAPO Ennichi」. Both indoor and outdoor events are fully arranged based on the atmosphere of the Japanese Style Summer Festival. A big welcome to you all!

◆Event Activities (Still on planning)◆
・In-door activities：mask making, lantern making, Japanese fan making(each could apply on a one-activity-in-one-time-period basis.)
・Out-door activities (Ennichi): Ball Toss, water balloon fishing, silent dancing
(Please note that there may be changes made to the above contents)
Both indoor and outdoor events are widely open to everyone, please take the chance to join in any of these.

Go Global Center Student Plaza (for in-door activities)
Fountain square in front of the General Library (for out-door activities),
Hongo Campus, the University of Tokyo.
・Eligible applicants: Any student in UTokyo (auditing student excluded)
・Language: Japanese
・Participation fee: free
◆Matters need attention◆
・Participation application will be on a first-come-first-served basis. The number of participants will be strictly limited to 20 people and 50 people for each in-door/out-door activity respectively, so make sure to apply as soon as possible if you wish to attend.
・You may enter or leave any time as you please.
・Please note the picture/interview of the attendee would be used in the activity report in an anonymous way.
・Please note that there will be photo and video shooting during the workshop, those who would not like to be filmed need to let us know in advance. Since the videos and photos will be used in the activity report and the public affairs of Peer Support Room, we would really appreciate that if you cooperated with the photo/video shooting.
・ Please note that drinks and food are not allowed in the venue.
・Each attendee will be asked to fill in a contact-form with basic personal information including name, student ID, university department and contact info in case for the need of tracing the Close-contact when the COVID-19 infection is confirmed after the workshop.
・Please sanitize your hands and wear your mask properly during the workshop.
・All participants will be asked to check the temperature and only those with a temperature below 37.0 degrees will be allowed to enter the venue.
・Please refrain from participating if you have fever or flu-like symptoms.
