◆ぴあサポゆるっと ART WORKSHOPとは◆
東大生がさまざまな形のアートやアクティビティを楽しめるワークショップです。参加者が新しい自分を見つけたり、人とつながったりするきっかけとなることを目指しており、全3回を予定しています。今回は第1弾「ぴあサポ縁日」（8月開催）に続く第2弾「秋穫散策」。雰囲気をじっくり味わいながらキャンパスを散策できるのは秋ならでは。2日目のワークショップ終了後には完成した作品を楽しみながら「秋穫祭」も開催します。お一人での参加も、ご友人との参加も大歓迎です。
ワークショップは事前申込なしの飛び入り参加も可能です。ぜひお越しください！

・絵の具、粘土やクレヨン、段ボールなどを使用した「協同」アート体験

◆注意事項◆
・天候など当日の状況により定員を設定する必要が生じた場合は、事前申込のあった方を優先して受付いたします。参加希望の方はお早めにお申込みください。また、「秋穫祭」は定員10名です。
・途中参加、入退出自由です。
・個人が特定されないような形で参加時のご様子の一部を活動報告などに使用する場合がありますのでご了承ください。
・当日写真・動画の撮影を行います。後日、ピアサポートルームの活動報告やイベント広報などに使用させていただきます。ご協力よろしくお願いします。（撮影されたくないという方は事前にお申し付けください。）
・感染者が発生した場合の濃厚接触の可能性のある人への連絡のため、参加者は会場にて氏名、学籍番号、所属、連絡先を参加当日に専用フォームでご回答ください。
・手指消毒とマスク常時着用をお願いします。
・検温をお願いします（37.0度以上は参加不可）
・発熱、有症状時は参加をお控えください。

◆Something about PIASAPOYURUTTO ART WORKSHOP◆

This workshop is all about offering a perfect place to relax through various forms of art and activities. We are aiming to connect all attendees via exploring yourself in a fresh way through all three events. After the Summer “En-nichi (festival)” , we are proud to present “Autumn Harvest Walk”, the second event of the series. Wouldn’t it be nice to take a walk in the Hongo Campus and experience art in this very Autumn? We will also set up time for you to see other guys’ art and make mosaic art with others on Wednesday(Day2) at “the Autumn harvest festival”.
Workshops are open to all without prior registration. Please feel free to Invite your friends. A big welcome to you all!

◆Details◆
・Schedule: Nov 15th(Tue), Nov 16th(Wed)
・Time: All the workshops will be held during 12:00-16:00(15:00 for last entry ) on each day above.
Autumn Harvest Festival will be held from 17:00 to 19:00 on Nov 16th(Wed).
(Please note that the location for the workshop might change if it rains. Please check the latest notification through the HP/Twitter Peer Support Room.)

Discussion room 1 on the third floor, Student Support Center (for Autumn Harvest Festival ), Hongo Campus, the University of Tokyo.

◆Matters need attention◆
・For ”the Autumn Harvest Festival”, the number of participants will be strictly limited to 10 people. Participation application will be on a first-come-first-served basis, so make sure to apply as soon as possible if you wish to attend..
・You may enter or leave any time as you please.
・Please note that the picture/interview of the attendee would be used in the activity report in an anonymous way.
・Please note that there will be photo and video shooting during the workshop, those who would not like to be filmed need to let us know in advance. Since the videos and photos will be used in the activity report and the public affairs of Peer Support Room, we would really appreciate that if you cooperated with the photo/video shooting.
・Each attendee will be asked to fill in a contact-form with basic personal information including name, student ID, university department and contact info in case for the need of tracing the Close-contact when the COVID-19 infection is confirmed after the workshop.
・Please sanitize your hands and wear your mask properly during the workshop.
・All participants will be asked to check the temperature and only those with a temperature below 37.0 degrees will be allowed to enter the venue.
・Please refrain from participating if you have fever or flu-like symptoms.
